Aspirasi: Jurnal Masalah-masalah Sosial has been published non-commercially since early 2010 in printed version and frequently published twice a year, June and December. At the end of 2017, this journal introduced an electronically accessed journal system management. The journal puts emphasis on aspects related to social issues in the Indonesian context with special reference to social development, social policy, political social development, and social welfare. This journal specifically provides scientific support to the Members of Parliament and contributes academic benefits to researchers.
Since 2018, Aspirasi is qualified as Sinta 2 Journal by Ministry of Research and Technology/ National Research and Innovation Agency.

The publication is currently in the process of seeking reaccreditation. Any authors interested in Sinta 2 status must withhold their submissions until we regain accreditation.
